An important part of our commitment to you as a registered dealer is a dedicated technical support line to provide you with immediate warranty support. Our technical support line is available to you as a registered dealer from 9:00am to 17:30pm GMT on +44 (0)208 255 2122. If a technical support person is not immediately available, we will respond within 2 working hours. Each report will be assigned a unique incident number, which can be used to track the status of your inquiry from the time you call, through to problem resolution.
The products are covered by a standard Return to Depot product Warranty that includes parts and labor for a 12 MONTH PERIOD. For cost effective technical support beyond the initial warranty period, an Extended Warranty option is available and may be purchased at any time before the original warranty has expired. Call us or your nearest dealer for details.
The following, are instructions for shipping items back under the Return to Depot warranty.
IMPORTANT - OVERSEAS RETURNS
1) Four copies of a commercial invoice, packing slip, proforma invoice or the following information typed on letterhead must be sent with the item. Please affix to the outside of the container.
2) The following must be entered on the above document:

3) For return items: RAN number must be written on document and reason for return to be
"Goods returning - for warranty repair".
Please note: Customer must pay return Shipping. AIT does not warranty damage sustained in transit, please ensure that original packaging is used. If original packaging is not used, customer will assume cost for return packaging.
